Crimson Shadows BOM - Update!!!

Greetings to all my Happy Stitchers!!!

I am SEW excited to bring you this update!  As you know we are running a Block of the Month from Wilmington Prints called Crimson Shadows.  The first of ten monthly mailings have been delivered!  By the way, it's not too late to sign up!  If you sign up anywhere along the program, we catch you right up on all the blocks in that first payment, then each of the remaining months you will receive the scheduled mailing!

As some of you know, Cathy does most of the samples for CaDi Corners.  From the day she received our Shop Sample Kit up to yesterday, she's been sending me progress reports.  I know this will be helpful as you dig in to your block of the month! 

After opening the box with all kinds of Sweet Calorie Free Treats in it, Cathy stepped right into the swing of things.  The fabric is so inviting!!!

What Started like this...

Magically got to this!!!!!  Look at that labeling system!  All the rough cuts by month and YAY the shop kit is validated!

Meanwhile, all the bolts of fabric were delivered and Diane got to it too!  Gracious, those piles!! And yes, in time to mail the first BOM on time! 

So, while Diane is readying the monthly kits, Cathy jumped into the cutting the first BOM "according to the pattern!"  That's so that we can be extra helpful to you as you navigate this Block of the Month!  

Look at this organization!!!

Oh, and look, there 'might' even be some scraps, but best to save for the Oopsies!

Now look what she's gone and done!!! Next thing I know in pops another text message with "Month 1 Cut and Ready!" Look how organized she is!  You can never have too many design boards, I say!

Let's take a look at how she gets out of the gate on Month 1!

Look at the color movement in those blocks.

Oh, gracious, I wasn't hearing much from Cathy and then yep, another text comes in...

Cathy making good use of hands-free phone time!! Marking her Flying geese is a very important step!

And look, there they all !!!  She sure made quick work of that!!!

And now, here it is all ready to be stitched...

 And Month 1 Block Revealed....
